Step 1

It is very easy create a watch image on Adobe Illustrator.  First open a new file on Adobe Illustrator (1000px by 1000px). Draw a circle using Ellipse tool and apply gradient color like below image.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Copy the first circle follow commend Object > Transform > Scale. Reset this windows like my below image.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3

Apply gradient color like below image 1 and 2.

Now copy another circle and apply gradient like below image 1 and 2.

Now create 48 small line use line tool or pen tool like below image 1 and 2.

Now we need the needle for our watch image. We create it follow below image 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
